Wondering...

When an actor/actress gets a call from their agent announcing that they got the job on Power Rangers, do they consider that good news? And don't you think there's a little Red Ranger Envy on the set?

Okay, I was going to leave a witty Red Ranger envy comment but got completely sidetracked by wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Ranger

Who knew there were so many iterations of Power Rangers? Seriously, I think the Power Ranger turnover rate is equal to that of a McDonalds.

I'd be a bit concerned that you even would know that the Red Ranger is, apparently, the coolest of all Power Rangers. Careful what your insults reveal about YOU!

ganelle: as one who reads this blog regularly, you should know by now that revealing information about myself here that is less than complimentary has become a regular theme. I make references to knowing all the words to the Xanadu soundtrack and you're worried about what people might think because I've heard of Power Rangers?? You have THREE boys and you don't even know what they are, YOU should be ashamed!

So I'm back! It looks like I missed out on some good blog banter. Sorry to miss the bowling opportunity, but our 80's party is Saturday if you want to hang.

In this household, we were always partial to the Pink Power Ranger. And I suspect when they first do the show, yeah, they're glad. It's later, when you have to add it to your resume to prove you've "acted", so to speak, that it's humiliating.

Think of all the winners we got from Saved by the Bell. That show was terrible, but a handful of those guys are still around. Screech? Zach? Showgirls? The curly male brunette (Mario?) is still on tv.

Plus, there's got to be something cool about a whole generation of kids idolizing you.
