In my next life...

...I want to get paid to travel the globe in search of the world's best hot chocolate. And if that doesn't work out, I suppose being a price checker at the Dollar Store wouldn't be so bad. Oh, and I want to have a pencil sharpening fairy who comes once a month and goes through all my drawers and sharpens all my pencils and throws away all the ones without erasers. And I want there to be scissors in every drawer that are never missing, and when the fairy comes I don't think it would kill her to put my tape back where it belongs.

But so help me if she leaves her backpack and shoes in the middle of the floor when she comes she will be fired and her fairy days will be sooooo over.

When you find that fairy, can ya send her over to my house! I would love to have even one drawer that stayed organized after I have finished with it.

I'd like to have a fairy that cleans my kitchen daily and makes dinner. Both things that I do about once a week.

I hear ya! Last year Max used to bite the erasers off of any pencil he could get his hands on. He wouldn't eat them or even chew them, just bit them clean off and spit them out. Not to mention this was a safety hazard (I once read that babies his size have an airway about the size of an eraser), it was EXTREMELY annoying. I finally purged all the eraser-less pencils and Max got over the obsession.

Oh, the fairies. I would really like to know where they live. It's obviously not around here. I think it's too cold for fairies, cause I NEVER have any.

the fairy also needs to dispose of all of those stinkin pens that never work when you go to grab them. Even if you find a piece of paper to draw circles on and then after about 4 circles it works......it's still 4 circles too late! It's survival of the fittest when it comes to pens. I kind of miss Racheypooh too....there was something so innocent about it.

Fairies never ever leave their shoes and backpacks in the middle of the floor. If they do, their wings automatically fall off and they become grouchy school aged children.
Just FYI.

I'm delurking.

I think that the world's best hot chocolate is from the Bishop's Storehouse. We buy the big bags and share it with friends at Christmas. Just my opinion....maybe really good hot chocolate will help with fairies and backpacks.
